CHINA EXPERIENCE
国家文物局政策法规司、中国日报文化频道、“游在中国”英文智慧文旅服务平台共同发起“文明中国”国际传播作品征集，面向全球征集文化遗产主题摄影作品与视频作品。
The Department of Policies and Regulations of National Cultural Heritage Administration, China Daily Culture Channel, and China Bound — the smart-tourism service platform launched by China Daily — are jointly launching a global call for photo and video submissions showcasing China’s cultural heritage.
一、征集对象 Eligibility
本次活动面向全球公开征集，包括但不限于：
This initiative is open to participants worldwide, including but not limited to:
1. 海内外个人创作者；
Individual creators from China and abroad;
2. 文物部门，以及博物馆纪念馆、文化遗产保护机构、考古遗址等文博单位；
Cultural heritage and museum institutions, including cultural heritage administrations, museums, memorial halls, heritage conservation organizations, and archaeological sites;
3. 高校、科研机构、社会组织等；
Universities, research institutes, and social organizations;
4. 国际组织、媒体机构及相关文化团体。
International organizations, media institutions, and related cultural groups.
二、征集内容 Submission themes
投稿作品需聚焦“文物属于人民 服务人民”主题，围绕中国文化遗产保护、传承、利用展开，体现国际传播特色，包括但不限于以下方向：
Submitted works should be centered on the theme that “cultural relics belong to the people and serve the people”, and explore the protection, preservation, transmission, and use of China’s cultural heritage through content designated to engage international audiences. Suggested topics include, but are not limited to, the following:
1.文化遗产与人民生活
展现文化遗产融入现代生活、服务公众文化需求的场景。
Cultural heritage and everyday life
Showcasing how cultural heritage is integrated into contemporary life and serves the public’s cultural needs.
2. 博物馆里的中国
反映博物馆、纪念馆馆藏及考古出土文物中蕴含的中华文明标识与文化元素。
China in museums
Highlighting symbols and cultural elements of Chinese civilization embodied in museum and memorial hall collections, as well as archaeological artifacts.
3. 我与中华文明
记录海外人士、中国游客、青年群体与中华文化遗产互动交流的精彩瞬间。
Me and Chinese civilization
Capturing memorable moments of interaction and exchange between overseas visitors, Chinese tourists, young people, and Chinese cultural heritage.
4. 遗产保护现场
展示第四次全国文物普查、文物修复、考古发掘、古建筑保护、非遗传承等工作场景。
On the frontlines of heritage protection
Documenting scenes related to the 4th National Cultural Relics Census, cultural relic restoration, archaeological excavations, ancient architecture conservation, and intangible cultural heritage transmission.
5. 文明交流互鉴
体现中华文化走向世界、中外文化交流合作、国际联合保护等主题。
Mutual learning among civilizations
Reflecting themes such as Chinese culture reaching the world, international cultural exchanges and cooperation, and joint international heritage protection efforts.
6. 青春与传承
聚焦青年群体参与文化遗产传播、创新表达与数字传播。
Youth and heritage
Focusing on young people’s participation in cultural heritage communication.
三、投稿要求 Submission requirements
（一）图片作品 Photo submissions
1. 可提交单幅作品或组图作品。组图需围绕同一主题组织，每组不超过10张。（每位投稿者投稿不超过5件作品，组图按1件计算。）
Participants may submit either a single photograph or a photo series. Each series should center on a single theme and contain no more than 10 images. (Each participant may submit up to five entries in total; one photo series counts as one entry.)
2. 每件作品需附文字说明，包括：
图片标题、拍摄地点、创作者姓名（个人投稿）或投稿机构名称（机构投稿）、拍摄时间及图片内容简介（1000字以内）。鼓励使用中英双语。
Each submission must include a caption containing:
• Title of the image;
• Location where the image was taken;
• Name of the creator (for individual submissions) or submitting institution (for institutional submissions);
• Date of shooting;
• Brief description of the image content (within 1,000 words).
Chinese-English bilingual descriptions are encouraged.
3. 图片技术要求：
a) JPEG格式；
b) 单张文件不低于3MB；
c) 长边不低于3000像素；
d) 作品须真实记录客观场景，不得利用人工智能生成、数字合成等方式改变作品核心内容或构建虚假场景。
Technical requirements:
a) JPEG format;
b) Minimum file size: 3MB per image;
c) Minimum 3,000 pixels on the long side;
d) Works must truthfully document real-life scenes. Artificial intelligence generation, digital compositing, or other methods that alter the core content of the image or fabricate scenes are not permitted.
（二）视频作品 Video submissions
1. 视频格式为MP4或MOV；
2. 长、短视频皆可，鼓励投稿视频为短视频；
3. 画面清晰稳定，不带角标、水印或标识；
4. 横屏、竖屏均可；
5. 语言建议使用英语；或使用中文等母语配音，并配以英文字幕。
6. 每件视频作品需附文字说明，包括：
视频标题、创作者姓名（个人投稿）或投稿机构名称（机构投稿）、拍摄时间及视频内容简介（1000字以内）。鼓励使用中英双语。
1. Videos must be submitted in MP4 or MOV format;
2. Short-form videos are encouraged;
3. Videos should be clear and stable, without logos, watermarks, or embedded branding;
4. Both landscape and portrait formats are accepted;
5. English is recommended as the primary language. In special cases, Chinese or other native languages may be used, provided that English subtitles are included;
6. Each video submission must include:
Video title;
Name of the creator (for individual submissions) or submitting institution (for institutional submissions);
Date of production;
Brief description of the video content (within 1,000 words).Chinese-English bilingual descriptions are encouraged.
（三）投稿方式 Submission method

2. 邮件标题格式：创作者姓名/投稿机构名称＋投稿主题关键词
3. 请将投稿作品上传至网盘，并在邮件正文中提供网盘分享链接；
4. 作品文字说明请粘贴于邮件正文，或整理为Word文档后与作品一并上传至网盘。

3. Please upload submission files to a cloud storage platform and include the sharing link in the email body;
4. Text descriptions may either be pasted directly into the email body or uploaded together with the submission materials as a Word document.
四、征集截止日期 Submission deadline
投稿截止：2026年9月30日
作品发布：自2026年11月开始
Submission deadline: Sept 30, 2026
Selected works will begin to be published from November 2026.
五、作品发布平台 Publication platforms
主办方收到投稿作品后，将择优在中国日报及国家文物局相关平台发布。
中国日报平台包括：
中国日报报纸、中国日报网、中国日报客户端、海外社交媒体账号、“游在中国”英文智慧文旅服务平台、“文博中国”平台等。
国家文物局平台包括：
官方网站、官方微信公众号、官方视频账号等。
Works selected by the organizers will be published on relevant platforms operated by China Daily and the National Cultural Heritage Administration.
China Daily: China Daily newspaper, chinadaily.com.cn, China Daily App, China Daily overseas social media accounts, China Bound platform, China Museums platform, etc.
