Held in the historical Ditan Park (Temple of Earth Park, 地坛公园), the Temple of Earth Book Fair, commonly known as the Ditan Book Fair, is Beijing's oldest and most popular book fair. Launched in 1990, it has grown into one of the city's signature cultural events, bringing together hundreds of thousands of book titles, renowned authors, cultural activities, and readers from around the world. Since returning to Ditan Park in 2023, the fair has once again become an annual highlight of Beijing's autumn cultural calendar.
