Founded in 1998 by renowned conductor Yu Long who serves as the chairman of the Beijing Music Festival Artistic Committee, the Beijing Music Festival has grown into one of China's leading international music events. Organized by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, the festival is held each October, bringing together distinguished orchestras, celebrated soloists, conductors, composers, and emerging artists from around the world.
